These pages should be viewed with Netscape Navigator 3, Microsoft Internet Explorer 3 or later. In the Options menu you should turn OFF underlined links. Fonts should be Times New Roman (or equivalent) 12 points for proportional font and Courier 10 points for fixed font. This is standard settings. You should have a graphics card capable of hi/true-color (most cards these days are). The colors will be incorrect with 8-bit or lower. You might want to turn off the Toolbar, Location and Directory Buttons so as to not waste precious screen real-estate if you are running at low resolution. It might be a bit unpractical if you haven't learned the keyboard shortcuts, but you won't have to scroll as much. The web browsers window size should be set to 600 pixels wide.
